When you request a quote, we collect what you type into the form — your name, phone, email, company, site address, and project details. When you apply for a job, we collect the information in the application and any resume you attach. We do not sell this information or use it for advertising.

How we use it

• To respond to your request, quote and schedule fire watch coverage
• To review your job application and contact you about it
• To keep records our customers, insurers, or regulators may require

How it is sent and stored

Form submissions are delivered by email to Skagit Fire Safety staff over an encrypted connection. We keep them only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
